Kathleen Garvey is a Registered Dietitian (RDN) with a Certificate of Training in Weight Management. She received her Bachelor of Science degree and completed the Coordinated Program for my dietetic internships at Texas Christian University (go Horned Frogs!), but her love for cooking and passion for nutrition began many years before. She is a proud, born and raised Texan, but after living in her Hometown, Houston, for several years after school, she decided the mountains were calling her and moved to beautiful Colorado with her Husband and German Shepherd dog, Addie.
Kathleen has had the privilege of working in a variety of areas of Nutrition, such as, bariatrics, weight management, oncology, diabetes, renal and cardiovascular conditions. Since then she has used her experience and passion to help clients reach their nutrition goals, whether it is for weight management, improving lab levels, or just wanting to improve their overall health. She believes in taking one small step at a time and encourages her clients to do just that when working to achieve their goals.
She is thrilled to be a part of the wonderful team at Daily Dietetics, LLC, and looks forward to working with individuals and helping them to reach their nutrition goals.
